Notice of Annual General Meeting

HTM Insurance will hold their annual general meeting on Saturday February 25th, 2012, with a 3 P.M start time at the Cobourg Lions Community Center. There will be an election of three directors. Three present directors are eligible to stand for re-election and have stated their intention to do so. Any person wishing to seek election as a Director must file his/her intention to stand for election, in writing, with the Company at least 30 days in advance of the Annual Meeting.
