2009 Annual Meeting

We held our 2009 Annual Meeting on February 27, 2010 at the Cobourg Lions Community Centre, 157 Elgin St. East, Cobourg, Ontario. During the meeting our President, David Crowley, presented his report on the the year 2009 and Directors, Bob Burley, Bruce Buttar and Don Honey were re-elected for three year terms. In addition, the minutes of the 2008 annual meeting were approved, the Annual Financial Statement and Auditor’s Report were received and approved, the General Manager made his report on the prior year, Wilkinson and Company were appointed as auditors for 2010 and an amendment to the by-laws was approved.
